Salmon-This will be a blind tasting. The guest will write what they think each is on a comment card for discussion. Three different types of Salmon will be served, 1 oz. piece of each: Pacific King, Sockeye and Loch Duart Scottish Salmon.
Alan Irvine (owner) and Ashley Eilers (Executive Chef) will attend and speak about the different types of Salmon i.e.: history of… Salmon and Fisheries, Spawning, MSC Certification, Sustainability, processing.Wine- The wines will be provided by Francis Ford Coppola Presents, LLC. Jack Marx, District Manager of Northern California will attend and talk about each wine as they relate to the salmon.

Café Americain, Sacramento Opera and Sterling Caviar invite you to delight your senses in observance of Bastille Day with a decadently delicious celebration of our food, wine, & art cultures at a “Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
The evening’s festivities will feature a tantalizing variety of delights and entertainment including:
